I want to get all my data off my xbox hard drive but i dont know how to do it. i have taken my hard drive out of the xbox and put it in an external case. my computer shows that the drive is being read but i cant take anything off or put anything on. by the way my xbox is currently not working(its not going to the dashboard) so i can not just ftp it
1. put it back into your xbox 2. download slayers auto installer (will boot because its a dash) 3. unlock hd 4. ftp and drag and drop to ur pc if that doesnt work you need to look up tuts on how to find ur boxes eeprom
yep or just buy a modchip...which would have been the best bet from the begining and saved u much heartache....
