I'm not sure how much the american quarter weighs, but how many would I need to get it to equal 10KG or more? There is this competition at my college. They have a scale with a 10KG weight on one end and what you do is put in quarters on the other side and the person who tips it gets an ipod nano...

What about looking the weight up on the net and then divide 10kg by the weight of the quarter. Then when you find out how many it takes divide the number of quarters needed by 4 and that should be how much it takes. Sounds Hard But if you try it it might be easy.

Oh well...some guy got the Ipod Nano for 8$ and it was brand new too. Last night he put in 8$ in quarters and the scale tipped...better luck for me next time...
