How to add chinese subtitle to my mpg or VCD files??

    I want to add chinese sub to my vcd files ( dat or mpg formats), how to do this?

    if you have the subtitles then you will need substation alpha, virtual dub mod with subtitler filter. you load the filter with the .ssa subtitles and reencode he movie to .avi using virtual dub. thats how i do it. then i sue avitodvd to convert to dvd quality and eventually into dazzle to make my dvd with menus etc...
