I have a eurovox max v box and my dad has just got a eurovox ex1000 sl... cant pick up a few channels as some frequencies are missing... how do you manually add frequencies? I can do it on my box but it wont work on his.
Shall i adjust the frequency range and do a power scan instead of trying to add new frequencies?

leanne when you say you can only get a few channels they would be the free to air channels i assume, all the frequencies should be there as they are programmed in to the software.is it saying update codes on the screen? if so try a factory reset and then a power scan, failing that check your emu is set to on,on the eurvox maxv the emu is located by pressing menu then language and type in 1968 then find emu near the bottom and switch to on.good luck with it.

    cheers,

getting most channels, not the sports 1,2 3... some movie channels and a few others... checked the frequencies with mine and they stop at 602... mine stop at 800 and something!... going back round tonight so will probably do a power scan and alter the end number to a similar one to mine and see if that works... emu is on too ..... was just stummped on how to manually add to the frequency

go to where it says power scan there should be an option for manuall scan, and type in any fequencies you feel are missing, you dont say where you are from or your service provider,im in ireland so my frequencies could be different to yours,if you google (how to manually enter frequencies in to eurovox ex1000 sl)you will see a lot of helpfull stuff and also try to get a frequency list for your area.
