how to back up ds games into micro sd card?

    i just bought M3 simply and R4,,i have some ds games cartrigde and don't know how to copy them into micro sd card..do i need some kind of adapter to connect with pc? thanks...i have never use M3 or R4 before..any suggestion will be appreciate!!!!thank you all..

    You cannot backup your own games with an R4DS/M3DSS, you either need to buy a slot-2 card that can backup games (such as the M3CF), or simply download them from sites such as http://ds.rom-news.org/

    If you want your save files I think you can use a program called savsender to send them over wifi to your computer, however I have not used it.

    actually with rudolph's new tool its now possible to dump carts using the R4/M3SS or theoretically any slot 1 device that supports DLDI

    So i could run the program from a R4 say with a ezflash 3 in 1??? or max media dock?

    got it to work using the max media alone... but wanting it to use the r4 more

    the backup tool works over wifi, and sends the file over ftp. you can run the file from any slot 1 or slot 2 device that supports DLDI. I think there are separate versions for slot 1 and slot 2 devices.

    yea read that but not to fond of wifi transfers... its to iffy so yea...

    but so far my max media dock works so im not complaining...
