How to burn a BIN/CUE Files to a working PS1 game

    Hi, i downloaded Resident Evil 3 Nemisis on PlayStation 1 and i tried everything to get it to work on my PlayStation 2. Can someone help me put it onto a CD-R and get it to work.

    you need a mod chip to play CDR and DVDR games on a PS2

    how can you burn a game ... and not know if it will play or not?? that's like saying, i'm going to eat this sandwich, but i don't have the slightest clue who made it, or even if my bowels have healed from my very horrible impaling on a fence the other day which pierced my stomache and spilled my guts on the floor
