How to burn on nero

    i baught a new computer yesterday, and he had a downloaded movie already on here from frost wire, Yes i am aware that is iligal, but he was just showing me how, i have dvd dycripter, nero, and frost wire, the movie is all the way downloaded will someone please tell me how to do this. thank you.

    Convert your movie to a DVD compliant format using DVD Flick (free) and burn the result with Imgburn.
