I did a Google search for your burner but could not find it. Not knowing much about it, I would advise you to make sure your DVD is compatible with your burner if the burner is not dual format. DVD+R, R/W media for a +R burner, DVD-R, -R/W media for a -R burner.
Can you play DVDs with this burner?

My burner use -R, that far I known. I have use the DVD X Copy to burn the movie and it work fine. And yes, I can play DVD with this burner if I have the program for, I try before. I uninstall the program because I affraid it may conflick with this program (DVD X Show). If you have any idea please help me.
By the way, thank you very much for you responded, and please bear with me because my English not very well.

    I went here:

    Hi thukieu,
This is a new product by 321 studios and may take some time to get the bugs out.
Your DVD-R burner may not be supported. You should contact 321 studio's tech support and tell them your problem.
After looking at the program I thought I might get it but I think I will wait untill an updated version comes out.
    Heres the customer support page:

    Good luck,

Don't forget that if the slideshow file has already been rendered (as it should be first before burning in any decent programme) then the file is on your HD and you can simply drag it into Nero or other burning rom and burn. For slideshows you can even use Nero to create as there is a programme included, but for professional looking I would recommend splashing out on Pinnacle Studio 8 which will also edit your DV footage. Any Pinnacle product should not have any problems whatever recognising your drive. Good luck with 321.
