how to burn this specific type of cue file

i am not new to the whole image burning thing but i am trying to burn a cue image that looks like this....

as you can see its an audio cd. however no program i have right now nero, alcohol, etc will recognize this type of cue file. and instead of a bin there's just one mp3 file. i've never seen a cd image like this. anyone know how to burn this into separate tracks?

 

It isn't exactly an image but an album with all songs in a single file and the cue sheet just tells where the songs starts.

You can split it into separate files by using the cue sheet e.g. with exact audio copy
Tools > Split WAV by CUE Sheet > With gaps
And burn it afterwards from separate files as you would normally do.

But I believe that burning softwares like cdrwin and blindwrite can handle an album with cue sheet.
