I have heard alot about people "cleaning up" movies that they've downloaded by filtering the video and audio through certain programs, unfortunatly I don't know which programs they are speaking of. An example I've seen is people running the audio through a filter to reduce a hiss sound or running the video through filters to smooth out pixelation. Does anyone know which programs could do this? Any help is greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.
