Just look in the options for where your temp xcopy files go to. Also, i think there is an option to automatically delete the temp file when xcopy is done burning it.
If XCopy burns to disc, it will automatically delete ... like dragulaAC said. If not, you will need to enable viewing of all files and folders. Then check the path to where your xcopy temp folder is.
