How to convert to *.asf format

    My son has a PVR mp3 player. It saids that it can accept *.asf files. Does anyone know of any software that will convert to asf format?

    ffmpeg can output asf and supports most formats as input. asf though is just a container.

    Windows Media Encoder should also be able to do it since wmv = asf, you just need to select MS MPEG4, etc. instead of WMV.

    Thanks celtic_d, I knew of wmv but had never heard of asf before. I think I'll give Windows Media Encoder a try.
