How to copy flash videos?

hi there are lot of websites that have macromedia flash videos..youtube.com its one of them.

I would like to know how can i download or copy those files and then convert them to avi or mpeg..anyone can help me out ?

convert flash to video you can with the help of some programs,such as the one i use personally, just find something like Flash to Video Encoder PRO 4.4 (google can do it ) ).
