i have a pacific digital dvd writer mach-8,8x it came with roxio easy cd and dvd creator 6 basic, the problem i'm having is trying to make backups of my movies which are on cd i use philips -r80 52x cds.When i try to make a copy, one to one it says i/o error in the info. frame.what am i doing wrong
