How to copy Xbox games on hard drive...help!

    I just ordered a x-ecuter 2.2 lite. Just got the Xbox. I heard you can copy games on to the xbox hard drive and not need the disk to play them. I'm new to the Xbox and have no idea how to do this! How?

    get a program called Xcommander or DVD2Xbox and then go to www.xbox-scene.com for some tutorials on how to copy games and apps to your xbox harddrive.

    you can also use Px HDDLoader...thats what i use and have had no problems

    if you use the slayers disc, it will install the HDDloader for you and set it all up, then you just go in thru the menu with the game in and it will install it all in the proper place, nice little tool.

    gotta do it manually for fun! hehe.. :p
    ok, maybe not but a good learning experince..

    -use flashfxp, connect to the xbox using the IP listed on in the evolution x dashboard settings and use xbox as user, xbox as password..
    -put the game in, copy the D folder to your pc, then copy it back to your xbox (yes, it is a long about way, but if your making backups of your games kills two birds with half a stone.. hehe.)

    otherwise, use px hddloader or xboxcopy

    To get the latest Version of the Installer follow these instructions:

    * IRC Software: Get your free MIRC Client from here: http://www.mirc.co.uk/get.html and choose the link closest to you. or get excursion from excursion.cjb.net

    * IRC Server = snoop.burghcom.com ( IRC Server Join Command = /server snoop.burghcom.com )

    * IRC Channel = #SlaYerS ( IRC Channel Join Command = /join #SlaYerS )

    The channel BOT, called "Bitch" will automatically send you what you need if you issue these simple commands:
    !help - tells you how to configure mirc to allow you to get files from this channel! - DO this FIRST!!!!
    !nfo - sends you both NFO files (open with Wordpad to read properly!)
    !installer - sends you the installer in one 100MB file
    !ip - info on fixing IP problems
    !modchip - modchip info
    !xbmp - bonus! get the latest Xbox Media Player
    if the bitch bot isn't in there, there's usually a link in the channel topic to a direct download.
