Google it, or alternatively go to, http://www.snapfiles.com - then freeware - then security or privacy tools, do some research first though.

    Hope this helps

I have done plenty of research, found a few programs and liked them. I liked Universal Shield and Folder Guard which also hide the files but they are not freeware software.

I was looking for somthing free, and searched for torrents but found nothing.

Dude, it goes to show how much research you have done!
    http://www.snapfiles.com/Freeware/security/fwencrypt.html
Here's a whole page full of them, and if you had taken my advice and done what I said, you would have got this page in the first place, so don't get cocky with me because iv'e just proved you wrong!!!

Yes i used the folder guard trial, however looks like there are not any good free ones. tried looking at the torrents and got nothing.

Thanks for your much welcomed help, but after hours of searching i joined demonoid.com and managed to find Folder Lock XP. This is probably the best "cracked" version of any of these programs, it lets you hide, lock and encrypt files and folder.
