I have a few AVI's that are encoded with XVID Mpeg 4 and at 640x336 resolution. I've been using WinDVD Creator 2 to get them onto DVD's but the image is squashed when I play them onto DVD. How can I make it so that these movies are the correct size when I put them to DVD? I'm having a little trouble manipulating these XVID movies because Premiere won't load them, and it's all I know how to use for resizing video and such. Anyone know how to make them the right resolution size for ripping?
Did you read http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/convert_avi_to_dvd.cfm ? TMPGenc makes the conversion stuff. Use as seting (advanced) Video arrange method: full screen (keep aspect ratio) and IFOEdit authors the DVD. If you have Xvid instelled on the PC, TMPGnc will load that AVI.
