I want to cut certain parts out of .avi video files that I have, for example- TV show credits. Does anyone know of a decent program that will do this? Thanks
This link may help you out. Seems someone had the same question as you did. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/694833
No problem, bro. We all lose our train of thought every once in a while. I just happened to see that there were 2 seperate threads basically asking the same questions. Attar would be better suited to answer your questions than I could.
I recently tried avidemux 2.4.3 and I'm very happy with the results. This free program actually has frame accurate editing. Also once you do all your edits, the finished file is quickly saved and the quality looks very good. This is an excellent program for removing commercials from a recorded avi. I"m still learning all it's features but so far it looks like a very good avi editor. http://fixounet.free.fr/avidemux/screenshots.html
