Some people do not have money to buy expensive software and resolve to downloading pirated software. In 95% of cases, we encounter viruses/trojans/keyloggers in patches and keygens. Is there a way to get past this and still be able to execute these files without them hurting our operating system?

I have heard of Sandboxie that lets you run any file in safe environment. I wonder if it is okay to run dangerous files in Sandboxie safely so i can patch the .EXE file of software and remove protection?

Stealing software is unethical, immoral and ILLEGAL! If you can't afford a computer then find another hobby...

forget the BS .. 99% of so called "malware" in patches and keygens is because of the way they work.. they aren't malicious but they DO work in ways that anti malware programs will see as POTENTIALLY HARMFUL.

forget sandboxie as well.. any well written malware will go straight through that because windoze is still running and still hosting the so called "sandbox" .. so c:\system32 is still in the same place.. and can still me modified.. seen it.. done it.. my trojan bot installers will walk right through it... without setting off any antivirus alerts.. |If anything these things leave you more open to well written exploits than otherwise.. because you are led to believe you are safe where in reality the ONLY way to be safe is to run your operating system from read only media and in ram.. with NO read/write storage media attached.
