Ok now. I tried to go to the system control panel and delete a user profile which is on a different domain than the default admin account. Every time I selected the other profile to delete, the delete button greyed out. But on other profiles I select I have the option to delete it. Can someone tell me how I delete this profile? I am running windows xp pro sp2 w/ group policy enabled. I can't change policy settings on the victim profile's domain so I need another way. The only reason I ask is cause I'm trying to let the account get back to default or unlock the temp account so that my control panel will be unlocked and all that.
and will i still be able to add myself back? I know a guy that had the NT Authority system timer window pop up on his laptop for the auto shutdown/restart thing and he shut it down before the timer expired and he said when he turned it on, he could not login into his account but he could login into a temp account with the same login info but under a different domain.
Im trying to delete my profile so that my settings will go to a temp account. and i tried but i dont kno how to remove myself from a domain.
