How to disable desktop shortcut when inserting a cd/dvd

    I have Windows Vista. Lately whenever I insert a cd/dvd into my drive, A desktop shortcut appears. When I delete it, the shortcut re-appear when I insert a cd/dvd into the drive again.
    This is starting to get real annoying to me. Can anyone help me?
