    Hey,
When I encode the dvd I get my log file(11k) and an avi file-120MB.What do I do next?Do I simply run 1-pass encoding?

Any help would be great-spent the last few days trying to figure it out!

    Cheers

Thanks for the reply-I did read the guide, but I am using Flask MPEG.
None of the guides I have read have told me what to do with the two files I get-I get a 120mb from the first pass and a 1GB+ for the second pass,or is that it?

you will notice that this site does not have an article about how to create DivX using flaskmpeg.

I have a theory about this, and this is my opinion but I'm sure other people may agree with me..

    FlaskMpeg sucks.

My advice, try using gordian knot.. here is a link to a step by step guide including links to download. This is by far the greatest DivX guide I have found using the easiest and most powerful software!

    Best of luck!
