give us some more info... programs used, blank media? specific movie? I've never encountered what you are describing.
well i have just downloaded a film the picture quality is perfect but the sound is ok, but with a hiss is the background. wnated to know if his can be edited out e.g. like ona radio u can use dolby nr to reduce this.
