    This is the task:

I have a 800x480 resolution 8 min movie I originally recorded with fraps, edited with adobe premiere and saved uncompressed. The movie became 15GB big which doesn't suprise me, but now I've had a lot of problems trying to encode it. I never succeeded on making it reasonable size with premiere and I've been messing a lot with Camtasia studio and different codecs. But the movie always becomes either too small and bad quality or way too big.

Now what would be a good way or program to compress this video to under 200-100 GB while keeping it good quality and maintaining the original 800x480 resolution? Windows movie maker usually compress the files good enough and keeps the quality ok, but it doesnt have the options for the resolution I want.
