how to ftp when u run xbmc as your dashboard?

    been trying this for sometimes i cant ftp to my xbmc i have to run sid cd and install evox to ftp to my xbox than when i am done i restore all the orignal files back and run xbmc as dashboard any idea plz

    again i cant ftp to my xbox i am running xbmc as dashboard its not connecting me to i have to setup something on xbmc able me to connect? thank you

    If you can connect with EvoX, then something is different with your XBMC settings.

    Go into the network settings and set it to DHCP. Reboot and see if it'll give you an IP address afterwards.
