Was it a home built pc or a store bought pc? If store bought what is the brand and model #? And if home built what chipset is it using?

Then it was most likely a home built pc. I can locate the files you need but I need to know the what chipset the motherboard is using. If you don't know what chipset is used telling me the make and model of the motherboard will suffice as I can figure out which chipset is in use by that motherboard.

The thing is that If I burn the files onto the cd, the cd drive will not recoginaze it.
