Hope someone can help. My web page has the below attached to it in several areas and I want to delete it. I went into "abosearch." and now have it in the upper right corner of my home page. Any way I can delete it. I tried "Internet options" and still keep coming up. Any help would be appreciated. yea u have spyware. if it is realy bad and adaware or spybot will not take it a way their is another program called spyware nucker that cost money but it has like every tool to get rid of that stuff.
Hey Nep The granny's really appreciate you continuing patonage. xzyst who's been a naughty boy? - yes your computer is riddled with spyware. AVG, Adaware and Sypbot (all free) with latest definitions will probably clean your system. However, to prevent some of these programs reloading at startup, you will need to run them in safe mode.
try..highjack this19 ..its a free download or pest patrol thats a pay one but very good also you could do a system restore too ..what virse scan are you using? norton internet security 2005 kicks butt ad/aware and spybot dont do alot of good
I use spysweeper. You get a free trial and it gets rid of spyware. Others like spynuker and some other ones want you to pay them before they will get rid of them. I just download a free version every now and then. No problems since the first time i trialed it. Still spyware free. I had spy bot and adaware 6. I would run a scan, delete the spyware and then re-run the programs and same spyware would be on it. No trouble with spysweeper.
Thats exactly why i only run searches on google or my internet provider. But dont worry you can probably take it to a shop and get it cleaned up, then avoid the site completely.
