After reading a few guides on various subjects i noticed that having a screenshot of different stages of a program is extremely usful to the reader, but i am at a loss how to get screenshots of programs to use on a guide so any information on how to do this would be much appricated.
Printscreen for the whole screen. Alt printscreen for the active screen. Then open for instance Word and paste the printscreen by pressing Ctr V
