Is it possible to include subtitles when burning a S(VCD)?
    If so, how to do?

It is for SVCDs. By far the easiest way to create SVCDs is to use DVD2SVCD package -- find it from our site. It allows you to create "real" subtitles for SVCD movies -- if your DVD player supports those, you can turn them on and off like DVD subs.

If your player doesn't support those, your only option is to "burn" subtitles permanently over the video. DVD2SVCD allows you to do this for SVCD and for VCD please search our forums.
