Hello everyone! Whenever I try to save a certain file to my computer it says "There Is Not Enough Free Space. Please Select a Volume With Sufficient Free Space." How do I fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!---Zack Holland
Is this when you try to burn a Cd and/or a DVD ? or just when you want to store a File on your drive ? Mac OSX 9, 10, 10.2 ? Did you burn a Cd/Dvd and for any reason it did not complete? Mac OS X reserves an amount of hard disk space when burning a CD/DVD. The amount of space reserved depends on the size of the CD/DVD. If a disc burning operation is unexpectedly interrupted, this space may be temporarily unavailable. The system is not otherwise adversely affected. If thats the case , you can use the Disk Utility First Aid Tab , and click the TRIANGLE of your hard drive ; select the volume and click the REPAIR. After a reboot , everything will be back to normal.
