how to increase resent call list???

    I read on howard that a seem can be ajusted to increase the recent call list . my v551 only holds 10 recent calls and I would like to have more. I've tried to register to post a question but on the registration form there is no button to continue so I guess they are not taking any new members . I can't even get a repley to email.
    Any ideas?
