I am like the high tech guy around my hood. My friend said he will pay me 50 dollars if I install A CD player an amp and two 12s in his car. His car is a 1995 Mazda Protoge'. I was wondering how I would do this and What I need to do it. Pictures would be great. Thank you.

well its not all that hard, but a good deal of work. The head unit (CD Player) is typically the easiest, as long as the stock stereo is easy to get out. The most difficult part is drilling a hole under the dashboard through the firewall, because you need to run a power cable directly to the battery. It depends on the power of the amp, but you need to run at least 8 gauge wire, which for one amp is probably okay, unless its a huge amp or something.

BTW have you tried searching google, cause I guarantee you if you do a basic search you will find tons of pages with step by step instructions.

Having said that, you're looking at a few hours worth of work, and in my opinion $50 is pretty small for the amount of work required.
