how to play PAL playstation on NTSC TV ...??

    hi gus...i need your help please.
    i bought the Japanees Version of PSONE "playstation"..Sony i cant use it on my TV here coz i live in USA and all TV works on NTSC. I need a cheap and a smart way to work it out... i founf convertors with 300$ but they are kinda expensive.

    Japan should have NTSC just like USA.
