how to record sound in snagit using vista?

    hi
    i want to know how can i record sound in snagit.
    i am using vista and when i do a video capture of my screen it works but it doesnt record the sound.
    and i have tried highlighting record sound settings in snagit
    thank you any help would be appreciated
