How to remove/delete installed pictures/movie/sounds from motorola cell v220 ?

    Hello all !

    I was wondering if it's possible to remove the preinstalled pictures, movie or sounds that came with my motorola v220 ? I want to free up more space for my own material.
    Is it possible ? If so, how ?
