This moviepass and media pipe stuff is really nasty. If you have this on your computer, keep reading because we know how to remove it. But BEFORE you remove the software it is VITAL that you call these losers and cancel your account.

Even if you do not know it, when this software was installed on your computer an account with MoviePass was created on your PC. You need to call their toll free number (at least this is their dime) and cancell thataccount. If you do not, they will bill you for an entire year of service.

The removal process is lengthy for this bugger, so we have posted it in detail on our website at:

Good luck and DON'T FORGET TO CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT FIRST!!! (and a big duh... if they ask for more personal information when you call, don't give it to them!)

I didnt have such a hard time removing moviepass from my pc...first you really must call them 866-431-7720 and make sure that you have taken the information from the pop up because you will need it...after you cancel your movie pass you need to hit Ctrl, Alt and Delete this will bring up your windows task manager. Click on processes find license manager and click end process. After you have done that close the task manager. Click on Start and go to My Computer, click on your C drive then click on Program Files look for License Manger and delete that file. Then you will need to restart your computer. After you have restarted your computer go to Control Panel and go to Add or Remove files. Go down to moviepass and click remove file. After that you should be good...Run a virus scan and spy ware scan but you should be fine.
