Is there any authoring program that will allow a VIDEO_TS to be imported and edited?
What I want to do is replace an existing stream with a new one while keeping the menu structure intact, in other words make a menu button link to a new "edited" stream.

Create a new simple dvd (only video/audio/subtitles) with for example muxman.

Open de original dvd in voblanker, look for the right pgc (should be the largest) and hit the "replace vob" button and select your new dvd.

Your new dvd with the new stream is now being replaced for the old vobs.

It`s also possible to alter the menu background of a menu (for example a button background) with voblanker.

Goto the preview mode in voblanker and preview a menu.
save the menu background to .bmp
alter this .bmp in a editing program (photoshop).
Drag the new .bmp into the preview window.

save the disc to a new directory.
