   could anyone tell me how to resize the avi without encode the entire
   video again, what software should I use???? I tried VirtualDub,but it needs to rencode the video file, that means the quality will loss.

   There is No way to Resize the resolution of the Video file unless the File gets Re-Encoded....There is No way arround it....
