How to rip part of a DVD to video format (for free) for uploading onto Youtube...

    Hey, I have a dvd of my friend's band and he wants me to get certain songs onto Youtube...

    Is there a free easy solution for converting DVD to AVI files that allows me to make files of only parts of the DVD??

    I tried ImToo DVD Ripper but that has limitations when it is not registered.
