how to set up kyrptview. dublin

hi lad,s. i,m a total novice at this so could some please explain how to get the channel,s working. there all there but when i put them on a sign come,s up saying scrambeled + i haven,t done anything like connecting it to my laptop and downloaded anything. should i have? thank,s
