    1. You need to sync the Windows phone contacts to a Microsoft account like Outlook.com or Hotmail.com. If you already did that, skip to Step 5. To sync the contacts with a Microsoft account, go to the People app on your Windows phone and tap "..." at the bottom, then tap "settings"

    2. Scroll down to "accounts" and tap "add account"

    3. Now select "Microsoft account" and enter your Outlook.com or Hotmail.com credentials. If you don't have a Microsoft account already, you can create one from here.

    4. All your Windows phone contacts will now be synced to Outlook.com or Hotmail.com

    5. Log in to your Outlook.com (Hotmail) account and go to the People section

    6. Select all contacts and click Manage > Export for Outlook.com and other services

    7. A new CSV file containing your Windows Phone contacts is ready to be saved to your PC, select the folder where to save the file

    8. Download CopyTrans Contacts on your computer, run it and connect the iPhone. Click "Import contacts"

    9. Choose From a file

    10. Go to the folder where you saved the CSV contacts file and click Open

The Windows Phone contacts are imported to your iPhone.

Alternative: Sync Outlook.com contacts with iPhone

If you are not up to using third-party tools, you can keep the contacts in your Outlook.com account and instead sync the account with your iPhone in order for the contacts to come through to your iPhone.

    1. On your iPhone, connect the Outlook/Hotmail account. To do so, go to the iPhone Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars

    2. Next tap "Add account"

    3. Tap "Outlook.com"

    4. Enter your Outlook.com credentials and tap "Next"

    5. Make sure that the "Contacts" switch is turned to the ON position.

That's it, now you have your Windows phone contacts on your iPhone.
