you need a special cable in order to unlock this kind of phone (i have the same fone, i sucks that u need a cable), the only way is to buy terminator dongle or a t35 cable (not from a retail store) kind (i think its t35) OR pay fido $200 to unlock for u lol but beinfits are u keep warrenty = P anyways good luck
