I have TMPGE and i need to know how to use it so i can burn it to SVCD. but i don't know how to use it i was wondering if you could teach me.i downloaded some movies from kazaa and i won't to know how to get the best quality out of them.
I'm assuming you downloaded DivX .avi movies, since you didn't mention the file types yet you have a need to convert them first before burning (deductive reasoning) ;-) I might be a smart ass but at least I won't steer you wrong! You will probably want to use DVD2SVCD.. The source can be changed from DVD to AVI, so don't let the name fool you.. Depending on the quality of your source .avi file, you can create some incredible SVCD's, almost DVD quality!
