This seems such a stupid question as to be embarrising. but when I have 'backed up' a DVD to my computer I get 2 files Audio_ts & Video_ts. Video has loads of fils in there. What 1 do I click on to watch the DVD? (I have searched for an answer to this, but it is probably such a stupid question no one has asked it before!)
Click 'Video_ts.ifo' inside the video_ts folder. If you like, you may click every file in turn to see what happens. Don't worry, they don't bite. Happy DVD viewing!
It's best to use either PowerDVD or WinDVD to view these files , but WMP [windows media player] will play DVD files but isn't great at it ... especially if wanting to fast forward or reverse frame. If you have a DVD burner or Rom drive you should've got PowerDVD or WinDVD with it when you purchased , they usually bundle it free [OEM disc].
cheers guys. WMP does it but for some reason cyberlionk power dvd will not open the file. Now on a slighlty diferent question. If I wanted to burn from my hard drive to a DVD would it be the video_ts.ifo file that I copied? Cheers
