   Well I have an audio disc thats really scratched (cause my sister cant take care of her cds..) well the files are in .cda format and I was wondering if there was any software that would recover and at the same time convert the .cda files to mp3 format..

   Do a web search on scratched cd repair.
   Also search convert cda file to mp3.
