my ip printer address has been reset to 0 How do I reset it or find its address? I want to hook it up to a mac wirelessly but have been getting nowhere. Last time while under warranty the hp guy had me do some things via an ethernet connection.
If you log into your router (usualy http://192.168.1.1) you should be able to see what address it sees, most routers will also allow you to assign a static IP address to the printer. Then, look in the manual (if you lost it, you can download it from HP.COM) and it should walk you through setting up the static IP in the printer menus.
