DO NOT BUY X COPY. It 6 months over the phone tech support with 321 studios and all they could tell me is wait for the updates. So I did and I did update after update. Finally they got sick of me and gave me my money back. I have the 300i and I have great success with DVDDecrypter, Then shrink, Then Nero 6. I have dont many movies and never had a problem yet (knocks on desk). Do not use cheap media either stick with Ritek. I have found out that those work best in my case. But I would say Buyer Beware if you go with 321 Studios. Just ILHS86. Anyone else who had success I dont need to know that I am glad it worked for you but I wasted six months and $100.
