HP GRD 8162B REGION LOCK

    Hi guys another great question, it is partially wii related.

    How do i change the above dvd-rom drive's region

    To change the region go to my computer. Right click on the drive then pick properties. Do to the hardware tab and highlight the drive then click properties. Go to the DVD Region tab. It will also show you how many changes you have left before the drive is locked to one region.

    There are a few programs like AnyDVD and DVD Region + CSS free that make the drive region.

    You can also look for patched firmware that will make the drive region free.
