My Hp printer keeps getting carriage jams but when i open the printer there is nothing wrong and i press ok. Also the printing quality has become horrible and the alignment is horrible. I try aligning it but it doesn't work. I did every thing on Hp's site but none of it worked.
this isnt a very helpful suggestion but since printers are soooooooo cheap these days, i would suggest getting a new printer. there's one at fry's for $ 20, an inkjet 1415 i believe
