I am using Verizon DSL, with Netscape and Mozilla as a browser.
Playing with downloading a program (which I have removed) it seems I have lost HTML. How do I get it back?

I can not read some of messages in my e-mail, they will not open.
I understand I have lost the html for the messages that I can not read.

Thanks for answering, and hope this will help to explain what I am trying to say. I am 88 and have a hard time putting my thoughts into a conversation, please bear with me.
